Scissor Lift Rental FAQ

If you haven't rented a scissor lift before you likely have a ton of questions about the whole process. Here are a few of the most common things that we get asked by our customers:

How Much Does a Scissor Lift Rental Cost?

You can expect to pay anywhere from $80-$350 per day, $400-$1,500 per week, and $1,200-$3,200 per month for a scissor lift rental. As expected the price for a rental goes up as the lift height goes up, so the smaller the lift you want the cheaper the rental.

What Happens if the Scissor Lift Beaks Down?

If your scissor lift rental or lease breaks down you can usually just call the dealership (many of them have 24/7 service departments) and they will send a service technician to your location on site to fix it, or they will send out a replacement. It's always a good idea to check and make sure that your dealer has free service and maintenance on all rentals.

Are There Delivery Charges?

Some companies will include delivery and pick up in their quoted rates, but some will charge you a fee on top of the rental rate. When getting a quote always ask for the full price with delivery included. If you have a truck that's capable of transporting the scissor lift rental then you can probably save a few hundred dollars on delivery and pick up charges.
